Introducing Laserpaque Double Matte Film

We wanted to introduce our newest product for creating affordable film positives. It's called Laserpaque Premium, Double Matte Film! It is a film that can be used in most laser printers and copying machines. Although it is frosted, the opacity and burn time are excellent. Because it is manufactured with a polyester base, there is no shrinking like vellum and as a bonus it's waterproof.

Print Film Positives From Your Laser Printer or Copier!

This is a premium product at a less than premium price. Our 4 Mil Laserpaque film sells at a better price than most 3 Mil double matte film products. It comes in 4 standard sizes, 8.5"x11", 8.5x14", 11"x17" and 13"x19". The price and structure is designed for you to take a step up from vellum or replace your existing double matte film.

Foils and Textiles

Foils & Textiles

Using foils on tshirts isn't anything new, but it hasn't taken off like it could and eventually will. One reason is the difficulty in the process of achieving consistent results. In this video tutorial, I show you how simple it truly can be with EZ-T Textile Foil and Foil Adhesives. Not only is it simple, but you will be able to achieve the same results time after time after time after time.......

Foil Directions

Using Foils with Plastisol Ink or EZ-T Textile Foil Adhesive (Plastisol).

A couple of brands that work well would be Rutland and Wilflex.

1. Set Heat Press to 375

2. Use Medium to Firm Pressure

3. Place Foil Up Covering the Entire Image

4. Place a Silicone Sheet, Parchment Paper or Plastisol Transfer Paper Over Foil

5. Press for 6 Seconds

6. Let Cool Completely and Peel

If there is any type of foil left in the image area on the sheet, then various factors could apply. You may want to increase pressure or time settings. The image may not have been cooled completely, the ink wasn't thick enough, or you may have used an ink that doesn't have the tested results needed for the foil.

Using Foils with EZ-T Textile Foil Adhesive (Waterbased)

1. Set Heat Press to 275

2. Use Medium to Firm Pressure

3. Place Foil Side Up Covering the Entire Image

4. Place a Silicone Sheet, Parchment Paper or Plastisol Transfer Paper Over Foil

5. Press for 10 Seconds

6. Let Cool Completely and Peel

If the image does not release completely from the foil, then the factors above may apply. One additional factor for the Adhesive would be that the coverage isn't enough. This is one reason it is best to use a coarse mesh like a 60 or 83 for printing.
