Just want to post how impressed I have been with Jerid, his customer service, and his knowledge. He is always available and has saved me a few times with computer issues involving my RIP program (these have always been issues on my end). All of the products I have ordered have been high quality and it is great to know that I can make a call to answer any questions that I have.
